Our Whole Home Plan is the ultimate all-in-one membership for year-round comfort, safety, and savings. Designed to keep every major system in your home running at peak performance, this plan includes:

  • Two annual visits from our expert team—covering heating, cooling, plumbing, and drain systems.
  • No service fees and same-day service priority, so you’re always first in line.
  • Comprehensive heating, cooling, and plumbing inspections, plus free water testing.
  • Annual box of 12 air filters delivered to your door.
  • $150 in Allisons Cash every year for services or repairs.
  • 15% off all work during normal business hours and no after-hours charge for emergencies. Billed at standard rates.

During your scheduled visits, our technicians will:

  • Thoroughly inspect and service your heating and cooling systems for efficiency, safety, and reliability.
  • Test and maintain your plumbing, including leak checks, drain flow tests, and water heater service.
  • Provide preventive maintenance like cleaning coils, flushing condensate lines, lubricating moving parts, and tightening electrical connections—helping prevent costly breakdowns.

This membership not only improves efficiency and extends the life of your systems, but it can also save you up to 25% on energy costs and prevent up to 95% of unexpected repairs.

Investment: $1,000 annually (or 2 payments of $500).
