We have used Allison’s Plumbing, Heating, & Air for the past few years in our homes. We have always been impressed with the dedication, kindness and professionalism of the employees. Recently, we had an issue that was a bit of a puzzle to figure out. Toby Allison took the time to really investigate to get to the root of the problem. He was patient with me and listened to all of my concerns. We are very grateful for their service and help! This is a one of a kind company with kind voices from those in the office to those doing the house calls. Huge shout out to Tom Allison and his crew! We couldn’t thank them enough or asked for better customer service! Changed their schedule around to come install a new furnace as soon as they could when ours had died on a 20 degree morning. Also offered company heaters to help keep our house bearable for the next 24 hours until they could make it to us! Very reliable and trustworthy! Would recommend them to anyone!
